Chelsea open talks early to get the Roma players Daniele De
Rossi this summer. The new Blues manager Jose Mourinho has long admired De
Rossi and want the player to be ruler in the Chelsea midfield next season
The 29-year-old was allowed to leave Rome with a price of
about $ 21 million. De Rossi underwent last season with unsatisfactory results.
His role in midfield dwindle while the club is still handled former coach
Zdenek Zeman.
Talks between Chelsea and Roma already began last week, and

The players joined in Rome at the age of 17 and spent his
